💼Job Title – FP&A Manager (US-FP&A/ Corporate FP&A) 📍Location - Gurugram/Noida 💰Upto 28LPA 🔔Applicants should be from -ITES/MNC/BPO/Business Consulting or SSC Industry 🎯Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. • Build financial models to assess business performance and scenario outcomes. • Consolidate forecasts from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment. Financial Analysis & Reporting • Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances vs. budget/forecast. • Create management dashboards, performance KPIs, and executive-level reporting packs. • Evaluate revenue trends, cost structure, profitability, and margin performance. 🎯Qualifications • MBA Finance/ CA Inter. • 8+ experience in FP&A. • Excellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Adaptive / Hyperion knowledge is must).
