We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FP&A professional to join our Accounts and Finance team. As an FP&A professional, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial discipline across the organization while adhering to GAAP and internal controls. What to expect in your journey: • Lead and support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast). • Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, investments, property acquisitions/dispositions, and strategic growth plans. • Analyze revenue, operating expenses, payroll, and capital expenditures, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. • Partner with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and FP&A outputs, including review of journal entries and accruals impacting forecasts. • Support cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and funding requirements. • Evaluate financial performance of projects, construction/development activities, and job cost variances; work closely with operations, contractors, and project teams. • Provide financial insights for property-level and portfolio-level performance, including ROI, IRR, and sensitivity analysis where applicable. • Assist leadership with strategic decision support, scenario planning, and ad-hoc financial analysis. • Act as a key liaison during audits and reviews, providing planning assumptions, forecasts, and analytical support. • Improve and standardize FP&A processes, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data quality. • Complete other financial, analytical, and strategic initiatives as assigned. What you bring to the table: • 4 + years of experience as a FP&A in a global organization. • Bachelor's degree in commerce and finance. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools.
