About the job

We are looking for a high-performing FP&A professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis for our Personal Loan (PL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios. This role partners closely with Risk, Product, Collections, and Treasury teams to support sustainable growth through strong financial discipline and data-backed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks for PL and LAP portfolios. • Track key business metrics including disbursements, AUM, yield, cost of funds, and credit cost. • Analyze product-wise profitability, pricing structures, tenure mix, and fee components. • Monitor credit performance indicators such as DPD, roll rates, and vintage behavior, and assess their impact on overall P&L. • Perform actual versus budget and forecast variance analysis to highlight performance drivers. • Support pricing changes, policy updates, and growth scenarios through detailed financial modeling. • Build, maintain, and enhance MIS dashboards for senior management reporting and decision support. • Support preparation of Board, Investor, and Lender reports with accurate and timely financial insights. Skills & Qualification: • 2–6 years of prior experience in Personal Loan and/or LAP lending within NBFC, Bank, or FinTech environments. • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualification. • Strong understanding of secured versus unsecured loan economics. • Sound knowledge of IRR/APR calculations, ECL/NPA provisioning, and loan amortization concepts. • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with working knowledge of SQL.
