We are now opening applications for an elite cohort of Fractional CFOs. The Opportunity As a Fractional CFO within the Apex Cohort, you will: • Lead financial strategy and operational finance execution • Prepare companies for fundraising and investor diligence • Build and refine financial models and forecasting systems • Improve runway visibility, burn efficiency, and unit economics • Set up board ready reporting frameworks • Build scalable finance processes and internal controls • Partner directly with founders to drive measurable outcomes This is embedded execution work. Ideal Profile We are looking for leaders who: • Have 10 plus years of senior finance experience • Have served as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance • Have led at least one institutional fundraise • Have built financial models used in live fundraising • Understand SaaS, marketplace, or tech metrics • Are comfortable working directly with founders • Prefer high impact engagements over long term employment Commitment Model • Project based engagements, typically 30 to 90 days • 5 to 20 hours per week typical allocation • You set your rates and availability • Cohort based onboarding Timeline Expectations FraCXOhire carefully curates both supply and demand. Selected cohort members should expect approximately one quarter before active project matches begin. This allows us to: • Align demand with capability • Scope projects precisely • Maintain quality and exclusivity We prioritize ecosystem strength over rapid volume.
