About NeuroPixelPeak NeuroPixelPeak is a deep-tech neurotechnology startup building AXION, a non-invasive, AI-driven neuro-rehabilitation platform using EEG + AI + immersive feedback. The company has been fully bootstrapped since inception, funded entirely by founders’ capital and family & friends. We are now preparing for our first external fundraising round, following a public technology demonstration and IP consolidation. This role exists to help us cross that transition correctly and responsibly. The Role We are looking for a Fractional / Virtual CFO who can act as a strategic finance partner during our first external fundraising journey and potentially grow into a long-term CFO role. This is not a bookkeeping or compliance-only role. This is a fundraising, strategy, and ownership-oriented CFO position. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support pre-seed / seed fundraising strategy • Build and refine: • Financial models • Fundraise narratives • Valuation and dilution scenarios • Advise founders on: • Cap table structuring • Investor terms and negotiations • Fundraise timing and readiness • Coordinate with legal and compliance partners as required • Act as a financial thought partner to the founding team • Help establish CFO-grade financial discipline for scale. What We’re Looking For • Experience with early-stage startup fundraising in India • Hands-on exposure to pre-seed / seed rounds • Strong understanding of: • Startup valuation • Investor expectations • Equity structuring • Ability to work closely with founders in a high-trust environment • Someone who thinks like a co-founder, not a service vendor.
