Abacus Franchise – Sales & Service Job Role (Typical) 1. Franchise Sales Executive / Franchise Development Associate Primary Goal: Grow the franchise network by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners within a territory. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Outreach: • Reach out to potential franchise partners/educators — via calls, emails, events, social media, and local networking — to create interest in owning a franchise. • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present the Abacus franchise model, curriculum benefits, investment details, and earning potential to prospects. • Prospect Qualification: Evaluate candidate suitability based on interest, financial capacity, commitment, and alignment with brand values. Guide prospects through signing the franchise agreement, collecting franchise fees, and completing required paperwork. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline data. Skills Required • Closure & Documentation: • Reporting & CRM: • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Basic understanding of business/franchise models • Confidence in interacting with entrepreneurs/parents • CRM and basic digital tool usage 2. Franchise Support & Service Coordinator Primary Goal: Ensure smooth execution of franchise operations and help new partners succeed. Key Responsibilities • Onboarding Support: • Help new franchise partners set up classrooms, student enrollment processes, teacher onboarding, and initial marketing plans. • Training & Development: Coordinate or deliver training sessions for new teachers and franchisees on the Abacus curriculum and teaching technologies. • Quality Assurance: Monitor teaching quality, student progress tracking, performance reports, and adherence to curriculum standards. Act as the point of contact for operational issues raised by franchise partners — including materials, scheduling, student management systems, or marketing queries. Provide marketing templates, social media content, and event plans to help franchisees grow local awareness. 3. Abacus Instructor / Centre Manager Primary Goal: Deliver high-quality Abacus classes and manage student relations. Key Responsibilities • Teaching Classes: • Conduct Abacus sessions for students according to franchise curriculum levels. • Student Assessment: Track and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents. Work Environment & Expectations • Client-oriented: Building relationships with parents, franchise partners, schools. • Targets & KPIs: Sales targets (franchise sign-ups), student enrollments, customer satisfaction. • Training Provided: Most brands train you in curriculum delivery and sales methodology. • Flexible Schedules: Part-time or full-time options depending on the role.
