Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end franchise sales for assigned regions • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new franchise partners • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets • Act as the key point of contact during franchise onboarding • Coordinate with internal teams for store launch, training, and setup • Build market intelligence and identify high-potential locations • Work with marketing teams on franchise lead generation initiatives • Maintain accurate CRM updates and share regular progress reports What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: • 3–7 years of experience in franchise sales, expansion, or B2B sales • Proven ability to close high-value deals • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently with high ownership • Willingness to travel as required Good to Have: • Experience in retail, QSR, kids, or consumer-facing brands • Familiarity with South India markets Why Join Us • Be part of a fast-growing D2C brand entering its expansion phase • High visibility role with direct impact on business growth • Opportunity to build a franchise network from the ground up • Clear growth path into regional or leadership roles.
