Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchisee Acquisition Manager, located in the Ahemedabad/Jaipur/Udaypur/Indor/Bhopal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential franchise partners, building strong relationships with them, and driving franchise growth. You will also conduct market research to target potential franchisee opportunities, coordinate franchise recruitment plans, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals will be a key aspect of this position. Qualifications: • Expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Lead Generation • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills • Experience in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Networking • Ability to analyze data and identify business growth opportunities • Proven ability to meet targets and display entrepreneurial acumen • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM platforms • Understanding of the financial and investment industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
