Position Name: Fraud & Risk Auditor Location: Delhi Department: Optical Job Summary: The Fraud & Risk Auditor is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating fraud and operational risks across the organization. The role involves conducting risk-based audits, monitoring financial and operational activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The candidate will analyze data to detect irregularities, investigate potential fraud cases, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Key Responsibilities: Fraud Detection & Investigation • Identify suspicious transactions and potential fraud indicators. • Conduct detailed investigations into fraud cases and irregularities. • Document findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve fraud-related issues. Risk Assessment • Identify areas of potential financial, operational, and compliance risks. • Perform risk assessments across departments and processes. • Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks. Compliance & Monitoring • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor high-risk transactions and activities on a regular basis. • Highlight deviations and ensure timely corrective action. Reporting • Prepare detailed fraud and risk assessment reports. • Highlight key findings, root causes, and recommendations. • Present reports to management and escalate critical issues. Data Analysis • Analyze financial and operational data to detect anomalies or unusual patterns. • Use tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI for analysis. • Investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions. Process Improvement • Evaluate existing processes to identify control gaps. • Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and reduce fraud risk. • Support implementation of improved risk management practices. Collaboration • Work closely with departments such as Public Health, Hospitals, Finance, and Operations. • Assist in implementing fraud prevention and risk mitigation measures. Training & Awareness • Educate staff at Primary Eye Care Centers on fraud risks and preventive measures. • Promote awareness of internal controls and ethical practices.
