As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and maintenance of the company's fraud risk management program. Your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing fraud risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and monitoring fraud trends. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and assess fraud risks across various business units. - Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection controls. - Investigate suspected instances of fraud and prepare reports. - Monitor fraud trends and provide recommendations to senior management. - Stay abreast of changes in fraud prevention and detection technologies and regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall fraud risk management program. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in fraud risk management or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with fraud detection tools and technologies. - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
