We are looking for an experienced Freelance Agentic AI Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients. Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool usage • Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using modern agent frameworks • Implement task decomposition, goal planning, reflection, and self-improvement loops • Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems • Develop and manage long-term and short-term memory architectures for agents • Ensure robustness, observability, safety, and cost optimization of AI agents • Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deploy AI solutions at scale • Evaluate and improve agent performance using structured testing and feedback loops Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering / ML / AI development • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models) • Practical experience building agentic systems (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar) • Solid understanding of : • Tool calling & function execution • Planning vs reactive agents • Multi-agent coordination & role-based agents • Prompt engineering & prompt chaining • Proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with TypeScript / Node.js is a plus • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.) • Strong API design and integration skills Engagement Details: • Commitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverables • Work Model: 100% remote engagement from our side • Compensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycle • Tenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assured • Eligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening) • Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership.
