Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight transactions, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and communicating with shippers, carriers, and clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients and carriers, sourcing new opportunities, handling dispatching tasks, and ensuring the seamless execution of freight operations. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail will be important to the success of this role. Qualifications • Experience in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage activities • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills • Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating freight operations • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Knowledge of transportation management platforms and logistics technology is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
