Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder based in Mangaluru. The primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing freight forwarding operations, ensuring smooth export processes, and liaising with clients to deliver excellent customer service. The Freight Forwarder will oversee freight transportation activities, maintain communication with carriers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to deliver reliable logistics solutions. Qualifications • Proficient knowledge in Freight Forwarding, Freight Transportation, and Logistics Operations • Understanding of Export processes and documentation • Experience in Forwarding and Freight Coordination • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively liaise and communicate with clients • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Familiarity with supply chain management best practices • Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred • Prior experience in project logistics or handling specialized or oversized cargo is advantageous • Ready to relocate to Mangalore • Ready to join immediately • Has 3-5 years of experience
