Frontend Developer Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with founders to conceptualize and implement innovative UI designs. Lead frontend architecture decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability. Drive web performance optimization to enhance user experience. Advocate for and implement UI/UX best practices to improve design consistency. Incorporate user feedback to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement. Required Skills: Technical degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with React/NextJS or similar frameworks. Full-stack development expertise (design, development, deployment). Able to integrate with backend APIs to deliver seamless user experiences. Familiarity with source control tools (Git) to manage code revisions. In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure cross-platform compatibility. Keen eye for user experience and UI design to create engaging interfaces. Strong communication and collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving aptitude and enthusiasm for challenges to drive innovation. Nice to Have: Experience in early-stage startup environments to navigate rapid growth and change. Experience with no/low-code platforms to accelerate development speed and efficiency. Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices to deliver fast and reliable applications. Familiarity with Python FastAPI or similar frameworks to expand skill set and versatility.
