Job brief We’re hiring a Frontend Developer to build interfaces where humans interact with AI. This is more than coding UIs — you’ll design and implement AI-powered experiences: adaptive dashboards, conversational copilots, and intelligent workflows. As part of Team HumanAI, you’ll use modern frameworks plus AI-driven tools to ship interfaces that aren’t just beautiful, but also smart and responsive to user intent. Key Responsibilities • Build UIs with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS. • Convert Figma prototypes into AI-augmented applications. • Develop AI-powered UI features (chatbots, copilots, recommendations). • Integrate backend agentic workflows into user-facing flows. • Use AI tools (Copilot, automated testing, AI-driven QA) to speed up delivery. • Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. We Want You If You Have • 2–4 years frontend experience (React/Next.js). • Strong in API integration + state management. • Familiarity with building AI-driven interfaces (chat UIs, dashboards, copilots). • Curious about adaptive UX with AI feedback loops. • Passionate about speed + quality, not just pixels. Bonus Skills • Experience with conversational UI frameworks. • Knowledge of AI-first design principles (adaptive UIs, personalization). • SaaS or startup background. Success Metrics • Delivery of AI-powered frontend features on time. • UI performance benchmarks (Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals). • Reduced bug leakage via AI-augmented testing. • User satisfaction/engagement improvements. Growth Path • Year 1: Build intelligent UIs with React/Next.js. • Year 2: Lead AI interface design for multiple products. • Year 3: Evolve into AI Experience Engineer / Frontend Architect.
