Job Title: Frontend Developer (Angular / React / ReactJS & Figma/Lovable/AI Design) • Experience: 0-2 Years • Location: Bangalore (Mandatory Work from Office). • Compensation: Up to 12 LPA (Maximum/Non-negotiable), including a 10% variable component. • Note: We are looking for candidates who graduated in 2024 or 2025. Any candidate who passed out before 2024 will be automatically rejected, and their resume will not be considered. The Role: Frontend Developer We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our Bangalore-based team. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting complex analytical data and decarbonisation models into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Angular and/or React/ReactJS, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and proficiency in modern AI-assisted design tools. UI/UX Implementation Key Responsibilities and Deliverables • Convert high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes into production-ready code using Angular or React/ReactJS • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability. Design Tool Proficiency • Expertly utilizing design tools like Figma, lovable, and other AI design tools to efficiently implement and maintain UI components and design systems. • Collaborating closely with the Product Design team to refine and iterate on the user interface based on feedback and usability testing. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Working hand-in-hand with Backend Developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow and state management. • Participating in code reviews, contributing to frontend standards, and mentoring junior team members. Performance And Quality • Ensuring consistent cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design across all devices. • Writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS pre-processors. Required Qualifications • Professional experience as a Frontend Developer using Angular and/or React/ReactJS • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Demonstrated proficiency in Figma, Lovable, or other AI-driven design tools • Experience with Git and basic unit/integration testing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
