About the Role Matra is looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer to work on real, production web applications. This is not a design-only or portfolio-focused role. You will work on existing applications, build new features, fix UI issues, and collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver stable, high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain frontend features for production web applications • Implement responsive and accessible UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs • Work on existing codebases, improving usability, performance, and maintainability • Debug UI issues and support production releases • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams • Translate design concepts into practical, functional interfaces Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience in frontend development (2–4 years preferred) • Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Experience building responsive web interfaces • Understanding of how frontend integrates with backend services • Comfortable working with existing code and fixing issues • Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite team environment Good to Have • Experience with React / Vue / Angular • Exposure to modern build tools and frontend workflows • Experience working on long-lived or client-facing applications This Role Is NOT for You If: • You are looking for a remote or hybrid role • You want a design-only or portfolio-driven frontend position • You prefer greenfield or experimental projects only • You are looking for a training or internship role Immediate joining required
