Role Overview: As a frontend developer, you will design and develop complex, responsive web applications using React and Redux. You will be responsible for leading frontend architecture, translating UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality code, and optimizing applications for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Your role will also involve ensuring adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG), implementing state management strategies using Redux and related middleware, and writing clean, reusable, and well-tested code. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to sprint planning. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues in both production and non-production environments.
