Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Development Leader with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms—specifically Microsoft Azure. Main Responsibilities Lead frontend development efforts for large-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks. Maintain architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption. Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Develop highly responsive UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG). Create modular, reusable components and libraries. Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems. Evaluate secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, CDN, DevOps, Pipelines). Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high test coverage. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance. Govern team members through solutions, planning, estimations, and sprint execution. Sustain stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.
