About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Frontend Engineer who can work independently and take full ownership of building and maintaining modern UI components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-driven, and experienced in creating scalable interfaces using React, Next.js, and shadcn/ui. Key Responsibilities • Independently design, develop, and maintain frontend features using React and Next.js. • Build, customize, and maintain reusable shadcn/ui components and contribute to a shared component registry. • Translate product and design requirements into clean, functional, and scalable UI solutions. • Ensure UI consistency, performance, and accessibility across the application. • Optimize frontend code for performance, SEO, and responsiveness. • Collaborate asynchronously with product, design, and backend teams when required. • Own frontend deliverables end-to-end, from implementation to refinement. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with React.js and modern React patterns. • Solid hands-on experience with Next.js. • Strong UI engineering skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience building reusable, scalable component systems. Nice to Have • Strong experience with shadcn/ui and shadcn registry. • Experience with Tailwind CSS. • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. • Knowledge of accessibility best practices. • Experience with frontend testing tools.
