Role Overview: Were looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, scalable web applications. As an SE ii/ iii , you'll tackle complex technical challenges, mentor peers, and shape the frontend architecture while delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain advanced applications with modern patterns and state management. • Lead SSR/SSG implementation and ensure technical SEO, performance, and scalability. • Integrate with backend services, define API contracts, and handle caching and data-fetching strategies. • Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, reliability, and resource efficiency. • Drive testing (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain CI/CD quality gates. • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise technical standards. • Champion security, observability, and best practices across the stack. • Influence architectural decisions and lead cross-team initiatives. Requirements: • 5-9 Years of relevant experience. • Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and (SSR/SSG). • Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility. • Hands-on experience with caching (Redis or similar), and performance optimization. • Proven track record in technical SEO and frontend performance tuning. • Skilled with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern build tools. • Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities. • Experience with monitoring, logging, and frontend security hardening.
