Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead frontend architecture and development across key projects. This role involves building scalable, high-performance interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless, user-focused digital experiences. Responsibilities • Lead frontend architecture and development using React and Next.js. • Design clean, scalable solutions with an optimal balance of simplicity and flexibility. • Ensure reliability and performance through testing, code reviews, and continuous optimization. • Integrate efficiently with backend APIs (REST, gRPC, gRPC-Web). • Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver smooth, user-focused experiences. • Promote best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, and code quality. We're Searching for Someone With • Strong expertise in React, including a deep understanding of its internals and ecosystem. • Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes). • Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as networking, caching, rendering, and performance. • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management tools like Redux or Zustand. • Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests. • Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries. • Knowledge of gRPC or gRPC-Web integrations is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide other developers.
