Job Summary As a key member of our organization, you will lead the Frontend Engineering team to deliver high-quality user experiences across all products. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, scaling teams, and ensuring low-latency, high-quality UX. This leader manages 10+ engineers and managers, aligning with Data Engineering and ML/API teams to deliver end-to-end reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve frontend architecture and component strategy. - Manage 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications. - Produce architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review. - Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data, ML and API teams. - Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation. - Define and track KPIs for velocity, UX performance, and developer productivity. Requirements - 6+ years engineering experience (2+ in leadership managing 10+ engineers). - Deep experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript or similar modern frameworks. - Demonstrated success building and operating large-scale frontend platforms. - Strong foundation in CI/CD automation and frontend observability. - Proven ability to write architecture docs and run design reviews. Skills and Qualifications - Strategic thinking and technical expertise. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage and grow a team. - Experience with version control systems and Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud-based services and infrastructure.
