Web Fabric Initiative We are seeking a visionary Frontend Engineering Leader to spearhead the Web Fabric initiative. This individual will define the architecture, scaling teams, and ensure low-latency high-quality UX across all products. The leader will manage a team of 10+ engineers and managers, aligning with Data Engineering and ML/API teams to deliver end-to-end reliability and performance. Develop and evolve our frontend architecture and component strategy Lead 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications Create architecture documents design specs and implementation plans for executive review Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data ML and API teams Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD testing observability and release automation Define and track KPIs for velocity UX performance and developer productivity.
