Role - Frontend Engineering Technical Lead Exp- 8+ years Location-Kochi/Trivandrum Max: 30-40days Notice Job Description: • Define and own the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across applications • Set the technical direction and vision for frontend development, aligning with customer needs and product goals • Make architectural and design decisions, such as technology selection, component structure, and integration patterns • Oversee and lead frontend projects ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. • Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and support developers in solving complex problems • Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders as needed (team members, customers etc.) • Collaborate with other Litmus7 practices to adopt and share best practices. • Drive the development of innovative solutions that can be established as intellectual property (IP) and contribute to go-to-market strategies. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, propose innovative solutions, and implement best practices. Mandatory Skills: • Demonstrated 8+ years of expertise in software development, complemented by strong leadership abilities. • Proven track record in architecting and scaling frontend solutions within digital commerce environments. • Hands-on experience designing and implementing micro frontend architectures. • Proficient in NextJS, React, GraphQL, and the development of component libraries/design systems • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling such as Webpack and Babel. • Skilled in designing and developing server-side logic using, with API integration experience (tRPC, REST, GraphQL). • Proven expertise in implementing and integrating headless CMS, Product Discovery, and third-party SaaS solutions with headless frontend applications • Expert at optimizing web performance across various devices and browsers, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions. Experienced with CDN's like Akamai, Cloudfront etc. • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies, A/B testing, and analytics tools tailored for eCommerce platforms. • Well-versed in web security best practices, design and implementation of the same • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered a plus. • Familiar with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and DevOps methodologies. • Experience with serverless architectures and frontend deployments using platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
