Job Title : Frontend Lead (MVC / React.js) Experience : 6–9 Years No. of Positions : 1 Employment Type : Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead to lead and manage frontend development initiatives using ASP.NET MVC, Razor Views, and React.js. The role involves defining UI architecture, establishing frontend development standards, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Architecture & Development • Design, develop, and maintain frontend architecture using ASP.NET MVC and React.js • Own the implementation of Razor Views, Layouts, Partial Views, and reusable UI components • Define and enforce frontend standards, coding guidelines, and best practices • Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services Technical Leadership • Lead frontend development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards • Mentor and support junior developers to enhance team capabilities Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams • Translate business requirements into technical frontend solutions • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release cycles Quality & Performance • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI implementation • Optimize frontend performance and maintainability • Troubleshoot and resolve UI and frontend-related issues • Maintain technical documentation related to frontend architecture and processes Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise • Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC • Proficiency in Razor Views, Partial Views, and Layouts • Hands-on experience with React.js • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery • Experience with Bootstrap or equivalent CSS frameworks • Familiarity with RESTful API integration Tools & Methodologies • Experience using Git or other version control systems • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development practices Professional & Leadership Skills • Demonstrated experience leading frontend or UI teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables Preferred Qualifications • B.Tech CS / IT , MCA • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Experience working on enterprise-scale applications Why Join Us • Opportunity to lead frontend architecture in a structured corporate environment • Exposure to both traditional MVC and modern React-based applications • Collaborative work culture with clearly defined processes • Competitive compensation and long-term career growth
