Job Description: Our company is seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead Developer to spearhead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms—specifically Microsoft Azure. Key responsibilities include leading frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks. Additional duties involve driving architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption. Candidates must be able to collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Other key requirements include building highly performant, responsive UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG), developing modular, reusable components and libraries, designing and implementing Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical skills include strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Candidates should also have hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA, etc.) and expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, UI component libraries. Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and frontend security is also required. Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud, as well as knowledge of performance optimization & accessibility compliance, are additional qualifications.
