As a skilled and passionate Frontend Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 47 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, user-facing web applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to implement features and UI enhancements - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility - Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers when needed - Participating in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) - Experience with React.js (preferred) or Vue.js / Angular - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services - Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization - Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite - Knowledge of version control systems like Git It would be good to have: - Experience with TypeScript - Exposure to CI / CD pipelines - Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) - Familiarity with Figma or other design tools - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
