About the job

As a Frontend Web Developer at Influish, you will be a core part of our Technical Team, which consists of Mobile Application Developers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers. This is not a learning or support role. This is a hands-on product role where code quality, web performance, and ownership matter. You will work closely with the entire technical team and the founders to ship web features that directly impact thousands of users daily. Responsibilities • Develop and Maintain: Build and scale robust web applications using React.js and Next.js. • Interactive UI: Implement basic animations and transitions to ensure a smooth, premium user experience on the website. • Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned frontend features from development to release. • API Integration: Seamlessly integrate REST APIs and handle complex data flow on the client side. • UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect web interfaces. • Performance: Ensure web applications are optimised for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO. Requirements • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend web development. • Core Stack: Mastery of React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG). • Languages: Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. • State Management: Proficiency in Redux, Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand. • Web Animations: Experience in implementing CSS animations, transitions, and SVG interactions for a dynamic web feel. • Styling and UI: Expertise in Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or Styled Components for building responsive layouts. • API and Data: Experience with Axios/Fetch and handling complex JSON data efficiently. • Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub for team collaboration. • Additional Skills (Big Plus): Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie-web for advanced animations will significantly increase your chances.
