Role Overview We are hiring a senior full stack developer who codes with strong product intuition, design sense, and speed. This is a vibe-coding role for someone who enjoys building clean, modern, high-quality products end to end, not just writing codes. You will fully ... own websites and web applications from idea to production, combining engineering, UI judgment, and AI-native thinking. You should be comfortable shipping independently, making architectural decisions, and improving products continuously. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Ownership • Own complete application development lifecycle from concept to production • Design system architecture, tech stack, and deployment strategy • Build and maintain scalable, secure, and performant applications • Take responsibility for quality, performance, and long-term maintainability Vibe Coding and Product Thinking • Write clean, expressive code with strong taste and structure • Build fast without compromising UX or code quality • Make smart decisions on trade-offs between speed, polish, and scalability • Think like a product owner, not just a developer Frontend and UX • Build modern, responsive, design-forward user interfaces • Translate product ideas into intuitive user experiences • Work closely with founders to refine flows, interactions, and layouts Backend and Systems • Design APIs, databases, and backend services • Handle authentication, permissions, and application security • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability AI and Automation • Integrate AI features such as chatbots, assistants, and workflow automation • Work with multiple AI models, APIs, and tooling • Build AI-powered features that improve user experience and internal efficiency Delivery and Scale • Manage deployments, environments, and production releases • Monitor applications and resolve production issues • Continuously improve tooling, architecture, and developer experience Required Skills and Experience • 4+ years of full stack development experience • Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript • Experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks • Solid backend experience with Express, Node.js, Python, or equivalent • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Strong understanding of system design and application architecture • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, chatbots, or LLM-based features • Knowledge and understanding of Figma to import design to code • Knowledge of MCP Servers, Automation • Proven ability to take ownership and ship independently Nice to Have • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps workflows • Familiarity with headless CMS and analytics dashboards • Experience with agentic AI workflows or internal automation tools • SaaS, B2B, or data-driven product background • Strong design sensibility and UI judgment What We Value • Ownership mindset and accountability • Taste in code, UI, and product decisions • Ability to move fast with clarity and confidence • Curiosity and comfort working with AI-native systems • Clear communication and structured thinking What You’ll Get • High ownership and autonomy • Direct access to founders and decision-makers • Opportunity to build AI-first products from scratch • Competitive compensation based on experience • Long-term growth in a tech-driven environment
