Full Stack Developer

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and real-time systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in low-latency application development, API design, and scalable cloud architectures, with hands-on knowledge of WebSockets and Redux. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js • Build scalable backend services using Node.js • Design and optimize RESTful and real-time APIs • Implement real-time communication using WebSockets / Socket.io • Manage application state using Redux • Design and maintain MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS • Optimize application latency, performance, and throughput • Ensure security, reliability, and fault tolerance of systems • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of experience in full stack development • Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js • Advanced experience with Node.js • Hands-on experience with MongoDB • Solid understanding of Redux for state management • Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets / Socket.io • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, etc.) • Expertise in API development (REST / JSON) • Proven experience optimizing latency and performance • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to Have: • Experience with microservices architecture • Knowledge of GraphQL • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes • Prior work on high-traffic or real-time platforms • Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.)
