Since 2019, we have delivered solutions in: • HR Operations • Employee Benefits Administration • Customer Experience • Healthcare Operations • IT Consulting Role Overview We are hiring a Full Stack Developer – Data & Platform Engineering to support the development of a scalable data-driven platform used for complex analysis, scenario modeling, and workflow automation. You will work across backend services, data processing pipelines, and modern frontend frameworks to build high-performance applications and analytics platforms. 📍 Work Location: Ravet Office (Pimpri–Chinchwad) ⚠️ Role involves evening collaboration with shifts ending around 12:30 AM. Key Responsibilities • Build backend services using PHP (Laravel) • Develop and maintain REST APIs • Implement data ingestion pipelines using Node.js • Design scalable MongoDB data models • Develop data modeling and calculation engines • Integrate external APIs and third-party data sources • Build frontend components using React.js / Vue.js • Develop dashboards, comparison tools, and reporting modules • Implement authentication, RBAC, and audit logging • Optimize applications for large datasets and real-time processing Technology Stack • PHP (Laravel) • Node.js • MongoDB • React.js / Vue.js • REST APIs • Tailwind / Material UI Experience Required 3–6 years of full-stack development experience. Candidates should have strong experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven platforms.
