Job Title Full Stack Developer – Python / FastAPI Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Location Pan India – Onsite (Major metro cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata ) Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Python and FastAPI, along with solid experience in modern backend systems, asynchronous processing, caching, and database optimization. The role involves building scalable, high-performance services using microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI. • Build and consume GraphQL APIs and RESTful services. • Implement Redis for caching, queues, and performance optimization. • Use Celery for task orchestration and asynchronous job processing. • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. • Work within a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience. • Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment pipelines. • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Follow best practices for code versioning (Git), CI / CD, and DevOps workflows. • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer. • Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI. • Hands-on experience with Redis (caching and queues). • Experience using Celery for background jobs and task orchestration. • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning. • Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs. • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST, and asynchronous programming. • Proficiency with Git and modern DevOps practices. • Experience working in production-grade, scalable systems. Good to Have • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and monitoring tools. • Frontend exposure (React / Vue / Angular) is a plus. • Experience working in high-scale or startup environments.
