Job Description Hiring : Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js – FinTech, iGaming & Exchange Platform) 📍 Location : Remote (initially) 💼 Experience : 4–8 years (minimum 4+ years of relevant experience) 🎓 Education (Mandatory) : • Degree from IIT / IIM (Mandatory) • IIM graduates may be considered only if they have strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience in FinTech systems 🔎 About the Role We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design and build a real-time FinTech-driven betting / exchange platform. The role requires deep ownership of financial systems, real-time workflows, and backend accounting logic, in addition to modern frontend development. You will be responsible for translating Excel-based financial models (P&L, ledgers, settlements, exposure) into secure, scalable production systems that handle high volume monetary transactions with accuracy and compliance. 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Build and scale a secure, real-time FinTech platform • Develop React-based user interfaces with live updates (WebSockets) • Build Node.js backend services for : • Wallets & balances • Deposits, withdrawals & settlements • Exposure & limits • P&L and financial reporting • Design and manage double-entry accounting systems • Convert Excel-based P&L, ledger & reconciliation models into backend logic • Build admin dashboards for : • User balances & wallets • Transaction histories • P&L, exposure & reconciliation reports • Integrate payment gateways, sports data, odds feeds & gaming APIs • Ensure financial accuracy, auditability & data integrity • Optimize systems for high concurrency, low latency & fault tolerance ✅ Must-Have Skills (FinTech + Engineering) • Strong hands-on experience with React.js & Node.js • PostgreSQL (financial-grade schema design & transactions) • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets / event-driven systems) • Strong FinTech fundamentals : • Wallet architecture & balance management • Debit / credit flows & settlements • Double-entry ledgers • P&L calculation & reconciliation • Experience handling : • Monetary precision • Idempotency & retries • Transaction integrity • Advanced Excel skills : • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP • SUMIFS • Strong problem-solving & system ownership mindset ⭐ Good to Have • Experience in FinTech, Payments, Trading, Betting, Exchange or Gaming platforms • Knowledge of risk, exposure & limit management • AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3) • Docker & CI / CD pipelines • Understanding of compliance-aware systems (audit trails, logs, reporting) 💡 What We Offer • Build a high-impact FinTech & exchange platform • Ownership of core money movement & accounting systems • Clear growth path into Tech Lead / System Architect • Competitive compensation aligned with top-tier talent • Fast-moving, product-first engineering culture
