Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or Development Agency specializing in Flutter and Laravel to execute a major enhancement phase for our health tech platform. We are evolving our platform from a broad gamification app to a robust, "Adherence-First" medication and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution. The goal of this phase is to integrate AI-driven features (OCR, trend detection, nudging logic) to reduce onboarding friction, empower patients, and provide doctors with actionable, noise-free clinical insights. Detailed Requirements: In the attachment PDF named proposal Required Skills & Experience: Mobile: Advanced Flutter (iOS & Android) Backend: Advanced Laravel, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL Integrations: Google ML Kit (OCR), Apple HealthKit API, Google OAuth Architecture: Background services, Cron Jobs, complex scoring engines, data visualization (overlaying charts) Domain Knowledge: Experience with Healthcare, HIPAA compliance, or Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) applications is a massive plus.
