Job Description Compensation : Equity-Based Only (Core Team Role) Company Stage : Pre-Seed | Early-Stage Startup Funding Easy is building India’s most trusted platform that connects genuine entrepreneurs with serious investors through structured onboarding, KYC verification, pitch video uploads, investor subscriptions, and a transparent success-fee model. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to take full ownership of building, deploying, and scaling our entire platform from the ground up. You'll handle everything—code, cloud, DevOps, and iteration—while we focus on business growth. Why This Role? Key Responsibilities Full Platform Development • Architect and build the complete platform (Web, Android, iOS) using React.js, React Native, Node.js / Express, MongoDB, Firebase. • Implement core features: KYC module, video pitch uploads, subscription logic, investor/entrepreneur dashboards, admin portal. Cloud & DevOps Ownership • Set up and manage Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS infrastructure, including storage, scaling, and monitoring. • Build CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), microservices, and DevOps best practices for reliability and speed. Product & Iteration • Translate business needs into user flows, database schemas, and scalable solutions. • Ensure security (auth, encryption, KYC compliance), performance optimization, and analytics integration. • Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and growth metrics. Future Scaling • Prepare for Seed funding and beyond with robust, production-ready systems. Preferred Skills & Experience • 3+ years in full-stack development (React, React Native, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Firebase). • Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS), DevOps (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes a plus), and scalable SaaS / marketplace apps. • Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and startup experience preferred. • Bonus: Fintech, KYC, or video processing knowledge.
