We are hiring talented Full Stack Developers to build and maintain cutting-edge web applications for our US IT recruitment platform and client projects. Work onsite to develop responsive React.js frontends, scalable Node.js backends, and seamless REST APIs. Key Responsibilities ... • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js • Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features • Debug, optimize application performance, and resolve production issues • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards • Implement database schemas, queries, and integrations (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB) • Manage code versioning using Git and participate in code reviews • Create comprehensive technical documentation for applications and APIs • Deploy applications and monitor performance in production environments Required Skills & Experience • Core Stack: React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux), Node.js, Express.js • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, Material-UI • Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab), branching strategies • Database: Basic MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB knowledge • Additional: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) • 2-5 years of full stack development experience • B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science Nice-to-Have Skills • Familiarity with AWS/GCP cloud services • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) • Experience with recruitment/HR tech applications What We Offer • Competitive salary ₹8-15 LPA + performance incentives • Onsite roles in prime tech locations: Lucknow, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad • Work on US IT recruitment platforms and enterprise applications • Health insurance, PF, 5-day work week, flexible timings • Professional growth opportunities and skill development programs • Collaborative team environment with modern development practices
