Full-Stack Developer — AI & Health Technology We are building a new generation of AI-driven health technology products that connect hospitals, doctors, and patients through real clinical data. Our team runs an NABH-accredited hospital and manages tens of thousands of patient records across metabolic and chronic disease care. We are now building the technology layer that turns this clinical data into intelligent software. We are looking for a technically strong full-stack developer who can move fast, use AI effectively, and build robust systems that will power multiple healthcare products. This is not a prototype project. These systems will be used by real doctors and real patients. What You Will Build You will work across multiple interconnected health technology products, including: • Clinical Intelligence Platform Tools that help doctors analyze patient outcomes, track treatments, and improve clinical decision-making. • AI-Driven Patient Applications Mobile and web applications that help patients understand their health data, follow treatment plans, and manage chronic disease between doctor visits. • Health Data Infrastructure Systems that transform large volumes of clinical data (prescriptions, labs, visits) into structured intelligence. • AI Integrations Building practical LLM-powered features including reasoning pipelines, structured outputs, and data-aware AI systems. You will help design and build products that can scale across hospitals, clinics, and health programs. We are looking for someone who: • Sees a product problem and starts building • Uses AI tools aggressively to move faster • Ships working systems instead of perfect diagrams • Can turn messy real-world data into useful software • Uses AI daily for development, debugging, and architecture support • Writes clean, maintainable systems — not messy prototypes • Can move from idea → working product quickly • Understands both product thinking and system design You should be comfortable working in a small, high-ownership team where you help design what gets built.
