About the company: We are a bootstrapped, profitable, multi-product SaaS group building cutting-edge solutions across HealthTech, Patient CRM, IVF Tech, AI Automation, FinTech, and Analytics. We’ve been operating for 3+ years, consistently delivering high-impact products used by hospitals, enterprises, and consumers across India. We are now scaling to the next phase and looking to supercharge the team with strong Team Leads / Tech Owners—engineers who can build with AI tools, think in systems, and have solid fundamentals in architecture and software design. 🔹 What You’ll Work On • Drive development across multiple live products across HealthTeach, Finance, and more. • Build features end-to-end: backend → frontend → integration → deployment. • Design clean, scalable architectures for multi-tenant SaaS systems. • Use AI-powered development tools (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LLM-powered automation) to accelerate development. • Work closely with founders and brand heads to convert ideas into shipped features quickly. • Ensure strong engineering velocity while maintaining simplicity & reliability. • Own modules, projects, and eventually full tech verticals as a Tech Owner. 🔹 Who We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of hands-on full-stack experience: • Node.js / NestJS • React / React Native • TypeScript • REST APIs • SQL (Postgres/MySQL) • Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, scalability, and clean code principles. • Experience deploying on AWS + Docker + CI/CD pipelines. • Comfortable working across multiple products in a fast-paced setup. • High accountability — you don’t wait for instructions; you take ownership. • Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up dev without compromising fundamentals. • Thrives in founder-led, bootstrapped environments where execution > excuses. 🔹 Bonus (Nice to Have) • Healthcare or finance domain exposure • WhatsApp API experience • AI integrations (speech-to-text, LLMs, automation pipelines) • Experience building analytics dashboards • Hands-on with microservices & event-driven architecture • Understanding of data security & compliance (HIPAA, DPDP) 🔹 What You’ll Get • A chance to become a Tech Owner/Team Lead as we scale. • Work directly with founders building 0→1 and 1→10 SaaS products. • Zero bureaucracy, high-speed execution, and full ownership. • Opportunity to influence architecture, product decisions & roadmap. • Competitive salary + fast-track growth + leadership opportunities. • Build tech that impacts healthcare, finance, and consumer products across India. 🔹 Who Should NOT Apply • Those who need hand-holding or micro-management • Slow movers or over-engineers • People who want rigid roles or corporate processes • Those who can only work on one product at a time
