IMRIVA – German AI & Software Engineering We are expanding our new IMRIVA engineering hub in Hyderabad’s Financial District and are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer (3+ years experience) who enjoys building production-grade enterprise systems and is motivated to grow into a Deputy Tech Lead role over time. This is a hands-on engineering role with a clear development path towards mentoring, technical ownership and leadership, depending on your experience and ambition. Your Role You will work closely with senior engineers in India on real-world enterprise applications for banking, real estate and other regulated industries, contributing both technically and structurally. Your focus areas include: • Designing and implementing robust backend services in .NET / C# • Building modern React + TypeScript frontends • Working with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines and microservices • Taking technical ownership for features, components or subsystems • Mentoring junior developers and supporting onboarding • Gradually stepping into a Deputy Tech Lead role, if desired Your Responsibilities • Develop full-stack features using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React, TypeScript • Build and maintain scalable cloud components on Azure • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Perform code reviews, enforce clean code and best practices • Support sprint planning, estimations and DevOps workflows • Act as a technical point of contact for less experienced developers Your Profile • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development • Strong hands-on expertise in: • C# / ASP.NET Core / Web APIs • React with modern hooks & component architecture • TypeScript / JavaScript • SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL • Solid experience with Azure (or strong cloud background with willingness to deepen Azure) • Experience in mentoring, guiding or onboarding developers • Pragmatic, analytical mindset with a focus on production quality • Willingness to work 100 % on-site in Hyderabad Nice to Have • Experience with microservices or event-driven systems • Exposure to regulated domains (banking, finance, real estate, insurance) • Interest in AI, LLMs and intelligent automation • Motivation to grow into a Deputy Team Lead or Architect role What We Offer • A key engineering role in our new Hyderabad delivery hub • Direct collaboration with German senior engineers and clients • Clear growth path: • Full-Stack Developer → Deputy Tech Lead • Modern stack: .NET, React, Azure, microservices, AI components • Strong engineering culture with structured mentoring • Competitive salary based on experience & responsibility • (including 10 % annual performance bonus) • Freelance/contract start, with transition to full-time employment once our India Pvt Ltd is established (early 2026) Interested?
