Job Requisition: Full Stack Developer (Mid-Junior Level), IT Global Service Center – Gurgaon, India Position Title: Full Stack Developer, IT Global Service Center Location: Gurgaon, India Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Junior Level), you will be involved in the development and maintenance of full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications aligned with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on hands-on coding, debugging, and collaboration with senior developers and architects to build cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server • Assist in building and maintaining front-end components using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js • Collaborate with senior developers and DevOps engineers to implement cloud-native applications using Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions) • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding best practices, such as SOLID principles • Participate in code reviews and follow security best practices to ensure the integrity and security of the applications (e.g., OWASP standards) • Contribute to the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous integration • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability • Create and maintain documentation for the development process, technical requirements, and application features • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to support ongoing improvement and innovation in the development process Essential Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) • Basic experience with cloud technologies and services, particularly Microsoft Azure • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js • Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and database technologies • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies • Familiarity with application security standards and practices, such as OWASP Top 10 security risks • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot code efficiently • A willingness to learn from senior developers and take ownership of tasks • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
