About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to build scalable and efficient web applications. Responsibilities and Impact : In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience of our applications. Your technical expertise will contribute to architectural decisions, code quality, and best practices that support our business strategy. • Front-End Development : Design and implement user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Angular) to create an engaging user experience. • Back-End Development : Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java, ensuring robust functionality and performance. • Database Management : Work extensively with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data effectively. • API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems. • Cloud Integration : Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying applications and managing infrastructure. • Version Control : Use Git for version control, ensuring code quality and collaboration with team members. • Testing and Debugging : Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery. • Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications and ensure a seamless user experience. • Continuous Learning : Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute to team knowledge. What We're Looking For : Basic Required Qualifications : • 5 to 8 years of experience in full stack development, working with both front-end and back-end technologies. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React or Angular. • Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Java. • Extensive experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization. • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. • Understanding of cloud services and deployment processes (AWS, Azure). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good knowledge of English with effective communication skills. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Additional Preferred Qualifications : • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with containerization technologies • Understanding of security best practices in web development. • Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
