Full Stack Developer

About the job

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the project team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale systems, cloud environments, and agile development practices. Key Responsibilities: Development & Implementation: - Build and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js / Express (backend). - Implement REST APIs, integrations, and data management features. - Ensure responsive design, optimized performance, and adherence to coding standards. - Debug and troubleshoot issues across UI and backend layers. Collaboration & Delivery: - Work with team leads and senior developers to translate requirements into deliverable modules. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. - Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Documentation & Testing: - Write and maintain technical documentation for modules developed. - Conduct unit testing and assist in system/integration testing. - Contribute to improving development processes and efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in full stack web development. - Proficiency: - Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs - Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL - Familiarity with Git, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD pipelines. - Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices. - Exposure to Docker or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is an advantage Preferred Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. - Experience with enterprise or data management systems. - Knowledge of GraphQL or TypeScript is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
