Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead technical initiatives and build end-to-end scalable solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React, Node.js, and modern web technologies, along with practical experience integrating AI/ML tools to elevate product functionality. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications. • Build and maintain scalable front-end systems using React and related frameworks. • Develop secure and efficient back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. • Integrate and utilize AI/ML tools (RAG, OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face) to improve user experiences and automate processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, data) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction for ongoing projects. • Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment pipelines. • Architect and implement systems from scratch, optimizing for scalability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end ecosystems. • Expertise in Node.js and experience with back-end frameworks or Python-based services. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks (OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain). • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, system architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
