🚀 We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Developer (Web, Automation & Systems) Company: Spirits & Malts India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Guwahati (On-site preferred) | Hybrid possible for the right person Experience: 2–6 years (skill > years) Type: Full-time Salary: 35-45k About Us Spirits & Malts India is building one of the most system-driven, tech-enabled distribution and retail businesses in India across alcohol, tobacco, cigars, accessories, and B2B commerce. We don’t believe in bloated teams or half-baked tools. We believe in clean systems, automation, and speed. Now, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who wants to own and build the digital backbone of a fast-growing multi-business group. What You’ll Work On (Real Work, Not Toy Projects) You will build, improve, and scale systems across: • Web platforms • B2B & B2C websites (current + upcoming) • Admin panels & internal dashboards • Backend & APIs • Integrations with CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, logistics • Data pipelines and automation • Business automation • Order flows, reporting, alerts, dashboards • Reducing manual work across sales, ops & finance • Future systems • AI-assisted workflows • Recommendation engines • Internal tools for sales teams & management This role will grow with the business. If you like building long-term systems instead of one-off websites, you’ll love it here. Tech Stack (What We Use / Are Open To) You don’t need to know everything — but you must be strong in fundamentals. Frontend: • React / Next.js / modern JS Backend: • Node.js / Python / PHP (Laravel acceptable) • REST APIs, auth, data handling Databases: • MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB Nice to Have (Big Plus) • Shopify / headless commerce • Zoho API integrations • Automation tools • Basic DevOps / server handling • AI tools / OpenAI APIs What We Care About (More Than Degrees) • You can think end-to-end • You write clean, maintainable code • You understand business logic, not just features • You don’t wait to be spoon-fed tasks • You enjoy solving messy real-world problems If you like hiding behind “requirements docs”, this role is not for you.
