About The Role We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (backend) and React (frontend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, user-friendly systems that deliver seamless experiences in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities • Backend Development & Integration • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot. • Develop secure, scalable, and efficient server-side logic. • Integrate backend systems with databases and external services as needed. • Frontend Development • Build responsive, dynamic web applications using React.js. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and accessible user interfaces. • Optimize frontend performance, ensure responsiveness, and maintain cross-browser compatibility. • Data & Database Handling • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. • Write efficient, optimized queries and maintain data integrity. • DevOps & Deployment • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket. • Manage application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. • Collaboration & Support • Work closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure delivery. • Participate actively in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
