Role: Full-Stack Developer Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior (3+ years preferred) We're building an exciting new ride-hailing application that provides users with safe, fast, and affordable rides. The app will work seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms. We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who can handle both mobile and backend development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile app using React Native for Android and iOS. • Build robust backend services using Node.js – including user authentication, real-time ride tracking, payment integrations, and RESTful APIs. • Create admin dashboards and web interfaces using Angular (for driver and user management, analytics, etc.). • Design and implement scalable databases with MongoDB to store user data, ride history, location info, etc. • Set up and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFront, etc.) for deployment, scaling, and security. • Implement real-time features like map integration (Google Maps/Mapbox), push notifications, ride-matching algorithms, and more. • Perform code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and bug fixing. Required Skills (Must Have) • 3+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready mobile apps with React Native (Android and iOS), along with backend services using Node.js (Express.js) and REST APIs. • Experience building admin dashboards or internal tools using Angular (v10+) and working with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, basic aggregation). • Hands-on experience with AWS for deployment and scaling, and familiarity with tools like Git, Postman, Firebase, Socket.io. • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, think in systems, and solve problems end to end. Preferences (Nice to Have) • Experience with ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or other location-based / real-time applications, including concepts like live tracking, ETA, surge, or matching logic. • Experience handling high-traffic or concurrent systems, integrating payment gateways (Cashfree, Paytm Business), and managing app store releases and post-launch monitoring.
