About the Role We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers to join our team to build and maintain , a next-generation B2B SaaS platform for the maritime and supply chain industry. You’ll work across the entire technology stack — from backend microservices built on .NET Core, EF Core, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB, to cross-platform frontends built using Flutter for web, desktop, and mobile. You’ll ...  collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and maintainable featuresKey Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core. • Build clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces using Flutter for web, mobile, and desktop. • Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data persistence and optimization. • Collaborate in the design of RESTful APIs and integrations between services. • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews. • Implement unit/integration tests and ensure CI/CD readiness. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. • Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and deployment automation. • Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security. Required Skills & Experience • Required working experience between 5 - 10 Years. • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a .Net core Full Stack Developer. • Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ. • Must have working experience Enterprise SAAS Platform or Multi Tenant Platform • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservice architectures. • Good understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB schema design, queries, and optimization. • Proficiency in Flutter (for web and mobile), Dart, and UI state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc). • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps). • Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture. • Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth, etc.). • Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Experience with microservice orchestration (Kubernetes). • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP). • Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus). • Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and CQRS patterns. • Prior experience in enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B marketplaces
