About the Role We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers to join our team to build and maintain, a next-generation B2B SaaS platform for the maritime and supply chain industry. You’ll work across the entire technology stack — from backend microservices built on .NET Core, EF Core, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB, to cross-platform frontends built using Flutter for web, desktop, and mobile. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core. • Build clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces using Flutter for web, mobile, and desktop. • Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data persistence and optimization. • Collaborate in the design of RESTful APIs and integrations between services. • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews. • Implement unit/integration tests and ensure CI/CD readiness. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. • Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and deployment automation. • Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
