Full Stack Developer – React (Frontend) & Python + Django (Backend) Role Details Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune (Only Pune-based candidates) Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA Work Mode: As per project requirement Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on backend development experience specifically using Python and Django together, along with modern frontend development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using: - React (Frontend) - Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory) - Build and integrate secure and scalable RESTful APIs. - Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes into functional solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code. - Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve backend and frontend performance issues. - Follow best practices in architecture, security, and code quality. Mandatory Technical Skills ✔ 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience ✔ Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory) ✔ Strong hands-on experience in Django (Mandatory) ✔ Strong expertise in React ✔ Experience building backend services and REST APIs using Django ✔ Solid knowledge of: - HTML5 - CSS3 - JavaScript (ES6+) ✔ Experience with relational databases: - PostgreSQL - MySQL ✔ Experience with Git and Agile methodologies Good to Have - Experience with FastAPI - Knowledge of TypeScript - Experience with Docker / Kubernetes - Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Experience with Playwright or automated testing frameworks Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and debugging ability - Ownership mindset and accountability - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong communication skills
